Position: Human Resources Clerk
Compensation: $20 – $21 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great organization to help find a skilled Human Resources Clerk to join their team!
This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. In this role, you’ll support recruiting operations from start to finish, helping keep requisitions moving, candidates informed, and hiring managers supported. If you enjoy process-driven work and making an impact behind the scenes, this role could be a strong fit.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing through onboarding
- Manage a high volume of requisitions efficiently and accurately
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
- Track candidate progress and hiring updates daily
- Support offer management and pre-employment steps
- Prepare recruitment status updates and reports
- Assist with job postings and employer branding efforts
- Follow established HR processes and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of HR experience
- HR experience in recruitment, payroll, classification, benefits, or related work
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong working knowledge of Workday or similar ATS platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Background in process improvement or workflow optimization
- Experience coordinating high-volume hiring efforts
- PHR or SPHR certification
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification
