Position: Workday Integration Specialist
Compensation: $82,000- $100,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Full Remote
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Workday Integration Specialist to join their team!
This is an exciting direct hire opportunity for a Workday professional who enjoys solving integration challenges and improving how systems communicate. You’ll play a key role in building, supporting, and optimizing Workday integrations while also contributing to broader HCM configuration, reporting, and training efforts. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Build and support inbound and outbound Workday integrations
- Troubleshoot failed files, API calls, and data transfers
- Develop and maintain integration workflows and technical designs
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM functionality
- Support tenant setup, business processes, and security
- Create and update reports and dashboards
- Develop training guides and user documentation
- Test and deploy Workday feature releases
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Implement system enhancements and process improvements
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience with Workday integrations and HCM configuration
- Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools and patterns
- Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues
- Experience building reports and dashboards
- Familiarity with calculated fields and validation rules
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Experience creating training or documentation materials
- Ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with EIB integrations
- Exposure to Core Connectors
- Experience with Workday Studio
- Knowledge of web service integrations
- Experience with file-based integrations
- Exposure to Cloud Connect or packaged integrations
- Experience across Recruiting, Onboarding, or Talent modules
- Prior experience supporting release testing and validation
