Position: Recruiting Specialist
Compensation: $25 – $28/hr
Location: Pryor, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Recruiting Specialist- Office to join their team!
In this role, you’ll drive recruiting efforts for professional, technical, and office-based positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to match top talent with business needs. This is a strong opportunity for a relationship-focused recruiter who enjoys full-cycle hiring, building pipelines, and creating a standout candidate experience in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional and administrative roles
- Partner with managers to define hiring needs and role requirements
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
- Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear candidate communication
- Track recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system
- Represent the organization at job fairs and recruiting events
- Support employer branding and candidate experience efforts
- Assist with production recruiting during peak hiring periods
- Maintain compliance and accurate recruitment documentation
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Equivalent experience will be considered
- 1–3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience with professional, technical, or office recruiting
- Hourly or production recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience supporting manufacturing hiring environments
- Familiarity with employer branding initiatives
- Experience building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
- Experience with recruiting events and university outreach
