Position: Accounts Payable Clerk
Compensation: $22 – $24 /hour, depending on experience
Location: New Albany, Ohio
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity for an AP professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment and hands-on invoice processing. You’ll step into a long-term contract role supporting a busy accounting function with meaningful day-to-day impact. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and confident working with high-volume invoices, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed
- Use OpenInvoice to manage invoice workflow
- Communicate with team members to resolve questions
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in daily work
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-3 years of accounts payable experience
- Experience handling invoice processing
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in New Albany
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in oil and gas
- Prior experience using OpenInvoice
- Background supporting high-volume AP operations
