Position: Talent Acquisition Manager
Compensation: $ 50/hour, depending on experience
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team!
This is a high-impact recruiting opportunity supporting a fast-growing team with urgent hiring needs. You’ll act as a hands-on talent partner, driving sourcing, building strong hiring manager relationships, and managing full-cycle recruiting. If you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoy owning your desk, this role offers excellent visibility and room to grow.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hiring needs
- Source and engage qualified candidates proactively
- Partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategy
- Handle a 25-35 requisition load
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Maintain an efficient and organized recruiting pipeline
- Adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Full-cycle recruiting experience required
- Strong sourcing and candidate generation skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions at once
- Experience working independently
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Stable work history with demonstrated tenure
