Position: Imaging Specialist
Compensation: $19/hour
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Imaging Specialist to join their team!
This is a great contract opportunity for someone who enjoys organized, detail-focused work in a fast-paced office environment. In this role, you’ll support records retention and document imaging efforts that help keep important information accessible, accurate, and well-managed.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Scan, organize, and index paper and electronic documents
- Maintain accurate file management within digital repositories
- Support records retention and storage processes
- Use scanning software and hardware effectively
- Manage documents within Windows Explorer directories
- Handle email-based and other document repositories
- Ensure files are cataloged accurately and efficiently
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative, clerical, or office experience
- Ability to organize and manage documents accurately
- Comfort working with scanning and filing systems
- Strong attention to detail
