Position: Production Engineer
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Production Engineer to join their team!
This is a fantastic direct hire opportunity for a hands-on engineering professional who enjoys improving production performance, solving process challenges, and leading operators in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact on day-to-day operations while building toward future leadership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support daily production across chemical processing equipment
- Improve throughput, yields, cycle times, and product quality
- Perform material balance and production data analysis
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues
- Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions
- Develop SOPs, production instructions, and technical documents
- Partner with maintenance on preventive maintenance planning
- Supervise operators and support shift coordination
- Promote safety, compliance, and training best practices
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
- 3–5 years in a supervisory role within chemical manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of chemical production processes
- Experience troubleshooting equipment and process issues
- Understanding of preventive maintenance principles
- Experience working in PSM-regulated environments
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with production or process modeling software
- Exposure to CAPEX planning or project input
- Background in HAZOP, MOC, or incident investigations
- Experience coaching and developing team members
- Familiarity with continuous improvement projects

- On-site schedule, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
