Position: Business Systems Analyst
Compensation: $90,000 – $95,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Lakewood, Colorado
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity for a systems-minded professional who enjoys working across Finance, IT, and business teams. In this role, you’ll help support and enhance Oracle ERP and EPM tools that drive financial reporting, planning, reconciliation, and process improvement. This team is looking for someone who brings structure, ideas, and follow-through to a growing environment with exciting work ahead.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support Oracle EPM and Oracle Fusion ERP systems.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Assist with system enhancements, testing, and validation.
- Monitor integrations and troubleshoot system issues.
- Support user access, security, and workflow configuration.
- Help improve reporting, automation, and data quality.
- Create documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Partner with Finance, IT, and external consultants.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Information Systems.
- 2-5 years supporting Oracle financial systems.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EPM, EBS, or Hyperion.
- Ability to gather requirements and document processes clearly.
- Experience supporting testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of financial processes and reporting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including SharePoint.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation or upgrade experience.
- Experience with FCCS, PBCS, ARCS, or EDM.
- Knowledge of General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, or Projects.
- Experience with EPM reporting and reconciliation support.
- Background supporting financial close or planning processes.
- Exposure to Oracle product updates and change management.
