Position: Manufacturing Engineer
Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity to step into a hands-on role where engineering meets production. You’ll support the manufacturing floor, help solve technical issues quickly, and play a key part in improving efficiency, quality, and standardization. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Serve as the technical liaison between engineering and production.
- Resolve production issues and answer technical questions on the floor.
- Review work packets for accuracy before release to production.
- Revise electrical drawings and bills of material as needed.
- Improve standard work, job aids, and training materials.
- Support continuous improvement efforts across manufacturing processes.
- Recommend process improvements for quality, efficiency, and safety.
- Assist with laser cut part nesting and press brake bend programs.
- Help implement G-code upgrades and related machine improvements.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
- Background in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
- Working knowledge of continuous improvement concepts.
- Ability to use AutoCAD for electrical drawing updates.
- Understanding of electrical systems and industrial control concepts.
- Strong communication and technical writing skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with CapEx or related improvement projects.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and 5S principles.
- Familiarity with NEC and UL508A requirements.
- Exposure to VFDs, PLCs, sensors, and industrial field buses.
- Experience with relay logic and power distribution components.
- Knowledge of electrical test equipment and safe application.
- Experience supporting layout, organization, and process flow improvements.
- Familiarity with G-code, nesting, or press brake programming.

- On-site role in Tulsa with a likely future move to Owasso.
- Reports directly to the Director of Production.
- Training will be provided on the job and in the classroom.
