Position: Software Developer
Compensation: $85,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Software Developer to join their team!
This is a great opportunity for a developer who enjoys building practical solutions, supporting business operations, and working across a modern Microsoft technology stack. You’ll contribute to meaningful development work involving applications, integrations, and cloud-based tools while gaining exposure to a collaborative IT environment with room to grow.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain custom software applications
- Support C# and .NET development initiatives
- Troubleshoot issues and help resolve application defects
- Build APIs, integrations, and data connections between systems
- Write SQL queries and support Microsoft SQL Server environments
- Collaborate with business users and IT teammates on requirements
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards
- Support Azure, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online tools
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Equivalent practical experience may be considered
- 2–5 years of professional software development experience
- Working knowledge of C# and .NET development
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and web services
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Exposure to JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or similar languages
- Experience with Angular or another modern front-end framework
- Familiarity with Power Apps or Power Automate
- Experience supporting SharePoint Online integrations
- Understanding of secure coding practices and SDLC principles
- Application testing, debugging, and troubleshooting experience
