Position: Information Systems Application Specialist
Compensation: $48 – $55/hour, depending on experience
Location: Full Remote
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Information Systems Application Specialist to join their team!
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced application support professional to step into a high-impact contract role supporting Oracle Enterprise Performance Management applications. You’ll play a key part in keeping critical systems running smoothly, resolving issues quickly, and helping the team maintain strong operational momentum in a modern technology environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide ongoing support for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management applications
- Respond to help tickets and support requests in a timely manner
- Assist with report creation within Oracle EPM
- Deliver weekly status updates on support hours used
- Resolve technical and functional application issues
- Review business needs and translate them into solutions
- Design, test, and document application changes
- Support user acceptance, regression, and integration testing
- Maintain and improve existing application systems
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong experience supporting Oracle Enterprise Performance Management applications
- Experience handling application support tickets and requests
- Ability to provide technical and functional expertise
- Experience analyzing business needs and developing solutions
- Background in application design, testing, and documentation
- Experience supporting system implementations and enhancements
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with report development in Oracle EPM
- Single point of contact support experience
- Familiarity with structured testing methods
- Experience supporting public sector environments

Other Information:
- Fully remote role with Oklahoma preferred
- Interview process includes two rounds
- Initial interview is a 15-minute virtual conversation
- Final technical interview is approximately 45 minutes
- Contract is expected to run for 12 months with renewal potential
- Weekly status reporting is required after support hours are used
