Compensation: $106,500 – $130,000
Location: Onsite – Tulsa, Oklahoma
Position: Data Engineer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Data Engineer to join their team! This role will focus on delivering new data solutions through the Azure & Databricks platform, working with a wealth of data in their data warehouse and modeled in Power BI. The Data Engineer will be a part of a team that continuously works to enhance performance and deliver new capabilities for the business users of data.
 
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data solutions through Azure & Databricks platforms.
• Work with data models in Power BI and enhance data performance.
• Ensure the efficient transformation and delivery of data to business users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accessibility and usability for decision-making.

• Possesses and apply working knowledge of multiple languages and tools utilized by the development process. Tools and languages: ETL, T-SQL, Data Profiling and MDM tools, BI Modeling Tools (e.g. SSAS, Power BI).

 
Required Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience working in data engineering.
• Proficiency with Databricks & Databricks SQL.
• Experience with Python and PySpark libraries for data processing.
• Strong skills in T-SQL and using Azure Data Factory for data integration.
• Experience with SSIS, Azure DevOps Pipelines, and Repositories.

 
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with Azure Synapse and/or Power BI modeling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset to work with business teams.
