Compensation:

Position:
Accounting Clerk 

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounting Clerk to join their team! This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to make a meaningful impact on day-to-day financial operations. The company is seeking a reliable contractor to manage invoice creation and data entry in support of revenue reconciliation processes. This role is critical to maintaining the accuracy and completeness of financial data and supports both central office and field staff operations. It’s an excellent chance to work in a collaborative environment and gain experience with a wide range of financial and data systems. The position is open due to growing operational demands and the need for consistent, detailed financial tracking.

Responsibilities:
• Collect revenue and payout data from point-of-sale systems
• Compile and enter detailed financial data into templates and internal systems
• Review deposits and identify discrepancies for further assessment
• Create and distribute invoices
• Handle past due invoices and maintain invoicing logs
• Ensure consistent naming conventions and account categorization

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to independently track and resolve data discrepancies
• Dependable, punctual, and able to meet strict deadlines

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience in revenue reconciliation
• Familiarity with SharePoint and web-based tools
• Comfort working across multiple systems and locations
