Compensation: $18/hour

Position: Call Center Representative

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Call Center Representative to join their team! This is a contract opportunity supporting a vital project aimed at improving digital security measures for customers. The role offers a chance to be part of a dedicated team assisting users impacted by enhanced fraud protection protocols. With increased demand in customer service due to these updates, this position provides a fast-paced environment where strong communication and problem-solving skills are highly valued.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls regarding login assistance for online banking and mobile app access
• Provide support by unlocking accounts affected by new fraud prevention policies
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues while delivering a high standard of service

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• A minimum of 6 months of recent experience in a high-volume call center environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive customer issues professionally
• Basic technical knowledge and comfort navigating multiple systems simultaneously

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience in banking or financial services support
• Familiarity with fraud prevention protocols or cybersecurity concepts
• Bilingual communication skills
