Compensation: $18-21/hr
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Position: Dispatcher
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Dispatcher to join their team!

The Dispatcher will play a critical front-line role by supporting clients, coordinating service responses, and ensuring top-tier support for office technology products. The right candidate is upbeat, professional, outgoing, and ready to make a positive impact from day one.
Responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial point of contact for clients by answering incoming calls with a friendly, solution-oriented attitude
• Accurately gather information and create service tickets and supply requests using internal dispatch software
• Assess and prioritize service needs, assigning technicians appropriately and escalating calls when needed
• Provide basic troubleshooting for print, copy, and scan equipment
• Manage billing and documentation by entering service call details and invoicing billable activities
• Monitor open service requests and follow up to ensure resolution and client satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to provide updates and address inquiries

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Minimum of two years in a client service role
• Exceptional communication skills with clients, team members, and managers
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
