Compensation: $23.00 – $24.80/hour

Position: Operations Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Operations Analyst to join their team! This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced technical support environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality service to a wide range of financial institution clients. The position offers a unique blend of operational support and analytical work, including involvement in billing research and database automation. This individual will work cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and financial networks to resolve complex operational issues while supporting the finance database team in monthly billing efforts.

Responsibilities:
• Communicates directly with internal staff, clients, and vendors to identify and resolve complex operational and technical issues
• Supports the finance database team with billing research, automation tasks, and recurring monthly billing processes
• Builds a strong understanding of debit and credit processing solutions and maintains centralized documentation
• Manages client incidents effectively, ensuring clear and ongoing communication until resolution
• Collaborates with senior team members and management to prioritize and escalate issues where necessary
• Partners with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, reduce redundancy, and drive automation
• Performs other related duties as needed

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Banking, Accounting, or a related field
• Five years of experience in an EFT processing or banking environment
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and advanced formulas
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage clients and vendors

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Experience writing or running SQL queries
• Familiarity with financial transaction networks and third-party processors
• Experience supporting debit and credit product platforms
• Exposure to technical documentation systems or knowledge management tools
