Compensation: $120,000-$150,000

Position: General Manager

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled General Manager to join their team!

This high-performing, Denver-based agency specializes in the multifamily housing industry and is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead their operations, client satisfaction efforts, and revenue growth. This role is perfect for a strategic, people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. The position was opened to support the agency’s continued expansion and operational scale. If you’re a builder of teams, systems, and scalable success, this could be a fantastic opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee key client accounts, ensuring top-tier service and strategic alignment

• Lead department heads across business development, client services, and creative/media

• Drive employee development, accountability, and performance

• Optimize internal workflows, project management systems, and communication cadences

• Partner on revenue forecasting, pricing models, and service offerings

• Collaborate with executive leadership on goal alignment and agency strategy

• Own agency operating rhythm and performance KPIs

• Handle escalations and client retention efforts with a proactive mindset

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• 5+ years in a senior leadership role within a service-based business

• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams

• Strong track record in operations, client service, and sales oversight

• High emotional intelligence and a people-first leadership style

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Background in digital marketing or agency operations

• Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, ClickUp, and NetHunt

• Proficiency with Google Workspace, MacOS, iOS, and social media platforms

• Exposure to revenue forecasting and financial reporting

• Data-driven decision-making skills and comfort with KPIs
