Position: Core Banking Application System Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Core Banking Application System Analyst to join their team!

This is an incredible opportunity for a driven IT professional with a background in banking to take full ownership of IT operations at a growing organization. With aggressive growth plans inspired by successful FinTech models, this role provides the chance to be part of a strategic transformation within the financial services industry. This company is actively implementing the Jack Henry 2020 Core Banking Platform and is seeking someone to lead and support their banking systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support core customer, account data, and reporting systems
• Administer document rendering, mailing, and storage systems tied to core applications
• Assist with the management and configuration of Jack Henry Online Banking and TMS platforms
• Gain and apply deep understanding of the Jack Henry Banking Applications and how they integrate across departments
• Troubleshoot and support internal stakeholders on core banking software usage
• Collaborate with departments to improve processes involving the core banking applications
• Deliver user training on banking platforms and assist with new workflow implementation
• Set up and maintain user access using Active Directory within a Microsoft environment
• Identify potential system efficiencies and pursue vendor training to expand technical expertise

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in the banking industry, specifically with core banking systems
• Familiarity with Jack Henry, Fiserv, FIS, or similar banking platforms
• Ability to manage user accounts via Active Directory
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook and Teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience as a sole IT support resource in a small to mid-size organization
• Familiarity with implementing new banking technologies
• Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration and training
