Position: Contract Analyst

Compensation: $22 – $25 hourly, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

As a Lease Auditor, you'll play a crucial role in reviewing and reconciling landlord billings, ensuring accuracy in lease-related expenses. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Review and reconcile landlord billings for expenses
• Interpret leases and legal terminology
• Communicate effectively to resolve billing issues
• Analyze and categorize expenses accurately
• Ensure compliance with lease provisions
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Collaborate with team to meet deadlines
• Provide clear written and oral communication

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Basic math and accounting experience
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-up
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in lease auditing or real estate
• Understanding of general ledger processes
• Knowledge of retail property leases
