Position: IT Support

Compensation: $30 – $35 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

This role is crucial for maintaining smooth operations and ensuring all employees feel confident in their IT needs. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide comprehensive helpdesk and desktop support
• Assist non-technical staff with IT issues
• Perform password resets and new hire setups
• Handle PC imaging and terminations
• Ensure excellent customer service and soft skills
• Communicate effectively, both orally and written
• Support a non-siloed, collaborative environment
• Travel to field offices quarterly

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3.5+ years of IT support experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in Windows environments
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in the oil & gas industry
• Familiarity with industry terminology and standards
