Position: IT Technician

Compensation: $ 20 – 25 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Monitor IT systems to identify service-impacting events
• Provide front-line responses to alerts and incidents
• Coordinate with internal and external teams for incident resolution
• Perform routine network troubleshooting and maintenance
• Adhere to cyber security policies and operating procedures
• Log activities using Service Management system
• Provide after-hours support for Service Desk rollover calls

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 1 year of related experience or professional certifications
• Strong initiative and self-motivation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Technical knowledge of network infrastructure and operating systems

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of IBM Tivoli Netcool and BMC Remedy
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ certifications
• Cisco CCENT, CCNA, and/or CCDA certifications
