Position: Human Resources Associate

Compensation: $24 – $27 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Human Resources Associate to join their team!

Are you ready to jumpstart your career in Human Resources? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic HR team where you’ll provide essential support in day-to-day operations. You’ll be key in ensuring smooth administrative processes and fostering a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Maintain and file employee personnel records.
• Support onboarding activities and logistics.
• Provide customer service to employees and applicants.
• Process and track HR forms and documentation.
• Assist with scheduling interviews and meetings.
• Coordinate employee recognition and engagement activities.
• Enter and update information in HR systems.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
• Monitor and track HR timelines.
• Perform general office and administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or four years of HR experience.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with HR systems like Workday.
• Scheduling experience for interviews or events.
• Experience with Adobe Sign and Microsoft 365 tools.
