Position: HCM System Analyst III

Compensation: $55 – $70/hr, depending on experience

Location: Lakewood, Colorado

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled HCM System Analyst III to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage and maintain HR modules including Core Human Resources and Benefits
• Perform system setups, maintenance, and configurations
• Collaborate with teams for strategic workforce planning
• Utilize Experience Design Studio for system enhancements
• Ensure compliance with Advanced HCM Controls
• Support the team in database interactions and cloud integration
• Engage in light development with VBScript
• Contribute to a positive and professional team environment

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience with HR modules such as Core Human Resources
• Experience with Oracle Fusion
• Proficiency in system setups and configurations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated and professional demeanor
• Experience with cloud-based environments
