Position: Imaging Specialist

Compensation: $17 – $18 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Imaging Specialist to join their team!

Join a dynamic team responsible for the retention and storage of public records. This opportunity allows you to utilize your organizational skills and expertise in document management. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assess and prepare documents for quality imaging
• Operate and maintain scanning equipment
• Create and modify data indexes for consistency
• Retrieve imaged information for operational needs
• Maintain files and records of imaged materials
• Evaluate image quality to meet standards
• Adhere to content management policies
• Update statuses of assigned tickets

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Outlook
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous administrative or clerical experience
• Ability to lift 20 to 30 lb paper boxes routinely

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Previous imaging experience
