Position: Loan Preparation Specialist

Compensation: $45,000 – $65,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Loan Preparation Specialist to join their team!

This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless processing of commercial loans, offering a stimulating environment for those who thrive on customer interaction and diverse tasks. Located at the vibrant 41st location, this position promises growth and engagement for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for finance.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepare loan documents for new loans and modifications
• Ensure loan terms match approved credit requests
• Maintain loan documentation templates
• Book new loans within the core system
• Document missing loan file exceptions
• Review existing loan documents to clear exceptions
• Process complex loan participation payments
• Handle loan advance requests
• Manage appraisal and evaluation requests

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience with CompOne or loan documentation
• Bank accounting experience, specifically loan booking
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Word

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in customer interaction roles
• Familiarity with FIS-Horizon XE system
• Understanding of Teslar for loan reviews
