Position: Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Compensation: $125,000 – $145,000 

Location: Denver, Colorado

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join their team!

Join a dynamic team responsible for managing and supporting IBM Power Server technologies in a growing environment. This opportunity arises as the company embarks on a long-term modernization project, requiring additional expertise to build new partitions and upgrade systems. This role offers the chance to become the primary owner of the IBMi environment, working alongside experienced professionals and contributing to exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage and support IBM Power Server technologies
• Upgrade and maintain operating systems, hardware, and applications
• Conduct backup and recovery using BRMS and Full-System FlashCopy
• Connect IBMi to storage area networking
• Plan and execute system upgrades and migrations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of IBM experience
• Advanced knowledge of IBMi infrastructure environments
• Experience with DevOps infrastructure needs and automation
• Hands-on experience with modern IBMi hardware detection
