Position: ServiceNow Developer

Compensation: $ 50 – 60 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Overland Park, Kansas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join their team!

Join a dynamic environment where your expertise in ServiceNow can drive impactful change! We're seeking a talented developer to execute a Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) implementation. This hands-on role involves collaborating closely with business and technical teams to stabilize the SPM module and ensure seamless integrations. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Gather and clarify SPM requirements with stakeholders
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow SPM module
• Perform hands-on development in the Dev environment
• Promote changes through Test and Production environments
• Conduct functional testing and validate outcomes
• Collaborate with technical teams to support deployments
• Lead and support integrations with CMDB and other modules
• Clean up and correct existing configurations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong, hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Proven experience implementing and stabilizing ServiceNow SPM
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model and CMDB
• Experience moving work cleanly across Dev, Test, and Prod environments
• Ability to work directly with business users

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• ServiceNow certifications (Developer, SPM, CSA)
• Experience rescuing or re-architecting failed implementations
• Additional module experience (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM)
