Position: AR Specialist

Compensation: $ 50,000 – $52,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage daily billing and collections activities
• Send emails for collections, minimal phone calls required
• Assist with accounts payable as needed
• Learn and adapt to new billing systems
• Handle confidential financial data with integrity
• Support payroll processes and learn government contracting nuances
• Utilize basic Excel and MS Office skills

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in billing and collections
• Experience with Excel and MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in accounts payable
• Background in payroll processing
