Position: End User Support Technician
Compensation: $25 – $27 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled End User Support Technician to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide technical assistance with a focus on customer support
- Image, configure, install, and upgrade computer systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and technical incidents
- Resolve tickets in ServiceNow Support queue
- Support customers in person or remotely
- Track and maintain inventory assignment to customers
- Assist with new hire desk setups and office moves
- Partner with IT Service Owners for complex issue resolution
- Participate in Problem and Change management processes
- Provide tier-1 AV hardware troubleshooting
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a group
- Self-starter attitude
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Familiarity with AV hardware troubleshooting
- Experience in inventory management
