Position: Accounts Payable Specialist

Compensation: $30 – $35 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Denver, Colorado

Inceed has partnered with a great energy company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team!

Join a dynamic oil and gas company as an Accounts Payable Specialist, where you’ll be part of a fast-paced, high-volume environment with the opportunity for growth. This position offers the chance to work closely with various departments, providing a unique opportunity for advancement. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Process invoices monthly with accuracy
• Collaborate with multiple departments
• Utilize Excel and 10 Key effectively
• Maintain detailed and organized records
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist in training and supervising team members

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Oil and gas industry experience
• Experience with multi-line invoices
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Supervisory or lead experience
• MSA/contract execution experience
