Position: Change Management Specialist, AI

Compensation: $80-$90/hr

Location: Houston, Texas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead change management for AI tool integration
• Create and implement change plans
• Communicate effectively with internal teams
• Collaborate with international teams in Norway and London
• Facilitate efficient integration into engineering operations
• Navigate startup mentality and opposition to change

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong change management experience
• Experience in custom development environments
• AI implementation experience
• Excellent communication and patience
• Ability to stand firm against resistance

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with AI tools in engineering
• Familiarity with startup environments
