Position: Branch Manager
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Branch Manager to join their team!

As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the Tulsa location, ensuring consistent execution and profitability. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to strengthen the company's reputation while building a scalable foundation for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead branch operations to ensure efficiency and execution
• Develop team members to perform at high levels
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers
• Manage branch performance against sales and profitability goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Foster a culture of respect, accountability, and results
• Engage with corporate leadership to align branch objectives

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5–7 years of experience in operations or related management roles
• Proficiency with ERP systems required
• Demonstrated success in a leadership role
• Ability to meet physical job requirements, including regularly lifting up to 50 lbs

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Working knowledge of HVAC or mechanical equipment environments
• Experience with Acumatica ERP system
• Proven experience scaling businesses across multiple models
• Curious and growth-minded with interest in industry trends

Other Information:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
