Position: IT Project Coordinator

Compensation: $24 – $26 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Project Coordinator to join their team!

Join a dynamic team as an IT Project Coordinator where you’ll play a crucial role in supporting strategic initiatives. This long-term contract opportunity offers stability and growth in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to innovative projects with a company known for its stable and continuous project pipeline.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Coordinate team efforts to deliver business initiatives
• Monitor and communicate the status of tasks and initiatives
• Liaise with cross-functional teams and management
• Work with Enterprise Analysts to eliminate blockers
• Develop and deliver progress reports and presentations
• Assist IT Management with process improvements
• Provide administrative support as needed

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years in Information Technology
• 1+ year as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
• Jira and Confluence experience required
• Advanced Excel, Outlook, and M365 skills
• Superior communication and speaking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• PMP or Scrum experience/certifications
• Experience in a mid-size to large organization
• Experience with process improvement initiatives
