Position: Accounts Payable Specialist

Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Compare vendor invoices against purchase orders for accuracy
• Enter invoices into the ERP system for payment
• Generate weekly payment proposals and recommend payments
• Enter approved payments into the online banking ACH system
• Analyze and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Prepare monthly G/L balance sheet account reconciliations
• Record daily auto-draft payments into the ERP system
• Respond to inquiries within Accounts Payable mailbox daily
• Perform general accounting assignments, including journal entries and bank adjustments

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Accounts Payable in an ERP system
• Analytical nature with high attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Epicor ERP system
• Strong business acumen
• Self-motivated and independent work capability
