Position: Bilingual Overnight Service Desk

Compensation: $30 – $40 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Bilingual Overnight Service Desk to join their team!

Join a dynamic team as a Desktop Support Technician, where you'll tackle exciting challenges and provide essential support for a range of electronic hardware and software. This role offers the opportunity to work on-site in a collaborative environment, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the company's success. The position is open to accommodate growing needs and provide top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Resolve hardware and software issues efficiently
• Configure and install PCs, laptops, and peripherals
• Support and troubleshoot software packages
• Manage printer environment and perform maintenance
• Remove virus and malware infections
• Image desktop systems using various technologies
• Support hand scanners for operations
• Participate in on-call rotation every two months

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proficiency in Windows OS and MS Office Suite
• Experience with desktop support and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of imaging technologies
• Ability to manage printer maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Motorola/Zebra hand scanners
• Familiarity with virus removal tools
• Knowledge of networking concepts
