Compensation: $140,000

Location: Highlands Ranch, CO

Position: Senior Software Developer 

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Software Developer to join their team!

This is an opportunity to join a tight-knit, mission-driven team building scalable SaaS products that directly impact end users. This role is full-stack with a front-end lean and offers the chance to work with modern tech, including AI-assisted development tools. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performing web applications across the full stack 

• Build and enhance user-facing features using modern JavaScript frameworks

• Develop backend services and APIs using C#/.NET 

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions

• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and design sessions

• Leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency, debugging, and code quality

• Write and maintain automated tests; troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues

• Contribute to CI/CD processes and support production deployments

• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices across the team

• Engage with stakeholders or clients as needed to understand requirements and deliver solutions

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 7+ years of professional software development experience

• 5+ years building and implementing web-based or SaaS applications at scale

• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET (ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core)

• Solid front-end development experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS (Angular strongly preferred)

• Experience working across the full stack (UI through backend services and databases)

• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable systems

• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar)

• Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows

• Hands-on experience using AI tools in development (code generation, testing, debugging, etc.)

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Angular or modern front-end frameworks

• AWS or cloud experience

• Exposure to AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) or LLMs
