Position: Treasury Manager

Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Treasury Manager to join their team!

Join a dynamic environment where you'll lead treasury, liquidity, and risk management activities. This role offers significant visibility and responsibility, partnering closely with executive leadership. It's a perfect opportunity for a Treasury Manager or Senior Treasury Analyst ready to advance into a leadership role with autonomy and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity
• Administer reserve-based credit facility
• Maintain banking relationships and prepare bank meeting materials
• Monitor counterparty credit exposure
• Oversee corporate credit card program compliance
• Administer hedging activities and related reporting
• Manage property and casualty insurance program
• Coordinate insurance claims and risk transfer reviews
• Lead treasury-related process improvements
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc analyses

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• 8–12+ years of treasury and corporate finance experience
• Proven cash flow forecasting and liquidity management skills
• Experience with credit facility administration
• Strong banking relationships and lender communication skills
• Commodity and/or interest rate hedging expertise
• Counterparty credit analysis and risk management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in upstream oil & gas
• Supervisory or people management experience
• MBA or Master’s in Finance
• Professional certifications such as CTP, CPA, or CFA
• Policy development and internal controls experience
