Position: IT Support Technician

Compensation: $19 – $22 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Tahlequah, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Support Technician to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide first-level technical support for end users
• Troubleshoot basic Windows, macOS, and iOS issues
• Assist with password resets and account lockouts
• Perform initial printer troubleshooting
• Support hardware setup and mobile devices
• Follow procedures for software installations
• Log and track support requests in ticketing system
• Assist with employee onboarding and hardware distribution
• Maintain professional demeanor with staff and clients

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 0–2 years IT support experience
• Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and iOS
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365
• Understanding of network connectivity
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn
• Ability to travel locally for on-site support

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with ConnectWise or similar tools
• Exposure to hardware imaging or deployment
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
