Position: Service Desk Technician

Compensation: $20 – $22/hr, depending on experience

Location: Denver, Colorado

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage inbound/outbound call volume
• Troubleshoot IT applications, hardware, and software issues
• Serve as liaison between staff and IT department
• Escalate complex issues with documented steps
• Log issues in online ticketing system
• Provide user training and instruction
• Utilize Active Directory for account management
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
• Maintain technical education through training
• Manage user expectations with a service-oriented approach
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience supporting Windows clients
• Experience with networked printers and PC hardware
• Proficiency in MS Office troubleshooting
• Strong organizational skills
