Position: Systems Engineer

Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Overland Park, Kansas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Systems Engineer to join their team!

Join a dynamic team responsible for providing post-sales support to internal and external customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, contributing to strategic planning and system health management. The role is open due to team expansion, offering a hybrid work schedule in Overland Park, Kansas.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage and resolve customer issues in a hands-on role
• Serve as subject matter expert for managed services customers
• Build, deploy, and monitor enterprise solutions
• Contribute to automation using Ansible and Terraform
• Administer and upgrade backup solutions regularly
• Create and maintain documentation for customer environments
• Monitor application performance and implement fixes
• Provide Incident Response support
• Interact with customers and manage business applications

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum three years of systems engineering experience
• Experience with VMware, Nutanix, Citrix, or Azure
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Certification in Citrix, Nutanix, Azure, or VMware
• Experience with RMM tools like ConnectWise Automate
• Strong customer relationship skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with ITIL v3 or v4
• Solid networking knowledge
• Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
