Position: Asset & Demand Planning Specialist
Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Asset & Demand Planning Specialist to join their team!
Join a dynamic team as a Demand Planning Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in managing inventory and forecasting demand across the Americas. This opportunity allows you to utilize your analytical skills in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, focusing on data interpretation, inventory health, and cross-functional coordination. If you’re looking to grow within analytics, forecasting, and planning functions, this is the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Monitor inventory levels to support service level targets
- Track aging, excess, and slow-moving inventory
- Prepare data and analysis for inventory reviews
- Maintain accurate inventory data in ERP systems
- Update demand forecasts using sales inputs and historical data
- Analyze demand trends and identify risks
- Translate demand forecasts into supply requirements
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams
- Assist with new product launch demand projections
- Prepare KPI reports related to inventory and forecasting
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in demand planning or inventory analysis
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Experience with ERP or planning systems preferred
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with forecasting and variance analysis
- Background in data analysis or business analytics
- Exposure to supply chain planning or inventory management systems
- Experience identifying trends and making data-driven recommendations
