Position: Field Service Tech – National Accounts

Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Field Service Tech – National Accounts to join their team!

Are you ready to take your technical skills to the next level? This position offers a dynamic work environment where you’ll troubleshoot, install, and maintain cutting-edge HVAC and refrigeration equipment at various locations. As a Customer Service Technician, you’ll have the opportunity to travel and engage with customers, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction. This role is open due to the company’s expansion and commitment to delivering unparalleled quality.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Troubleshoot equipment using precision gauges and testing instruments
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone or email
  • Provide warranty data and guidelines to customers
  • Test lines and components for leaks
  • Dismantle and repair malfunctioning systems
  • Install wiring, expansion, and control valves
  • Perform mechanical overhauls and refrigerant reclaiming
  • Travel to job sites and assess conditions
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent job experience
  • Minimum three years of experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16 of an inch

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • EPA Certification
  • Mechanical Journeyman or NATE Certification
  • Experience with refrigeration systems
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • 50% of work involves travel to job sites for on-site equipment startup and service
  • Work settings may include indoor/outdoor environments and extreme temperatures
