Compensation: $49,000-$54,000

Location: Boulder, CO

Position: Production Line Lead

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Production Line Lead to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily work, training, and task assignments for production team members to meet output and schedule goals.
• Perform hands-on assembly, testing, repair, and inspection of mechanical and electrical products and subassemblies.
• Manage material flow, inventory accuracy, documentation, and quality checks to ensure efficient and compliant production.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High School diploma or GED with 2–3+ years in a manufacturing environment (or internal production experience).
• Ability to read assembly instructions, drawings, and schematics, and distinguish acceptable vs. defective work.
• Strong attention to detail with solid computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and manufacturing systems).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Soldering experience and/or internal soldering certification.
• Strong manual dexterity and comfort working with small parts and precision tools.
• Experience in troubleshooting, rework, and quality inspection in a production setting.
