Position: Provider Billing Specialist

Compensation: $ 20 – 25 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Hospital Billing Specialist to join their team!

Join a dynamic healthcare environment where your billing expertise will be vital. As a Hospital Billing Specialist, you'll ensure patient claims are processed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Review and correct claims within 48 hours of import
• Generate paper claims by 5 PM each weekday
• Sort and process claims for mail or fax submission
• Manage rebill requests within 72 hours
• Document actions taken on claims
• Assist with audits and billing projects
• Ensure compliance with billing rules
• Complete reconciliation of claims submission daily

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma; prefer some college
• 1 year experience in Health Care billing
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
• 40 WPM typing speed required
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• EPIC system experience preferred
• Any certification is a plus
• Proven organizational skills
