Position: Support Line Supervisor

Compensation: $70,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Manage and train Help Desk team for excellent technical support
  • Monitor call and ticket SLAs, ensuring productivity
  • Create SOPs for team processes and conduct performance reviews
  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues
  • Conduct regular ticket audits for quality assurance
  • Track key metrics and generate reports for management
  • Identify recurring problems for root cause analysis
  • Develop training materials and update procedures

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • Minimum of three years in helpdesk or support work
  • Proven leadership and excellent communication skills
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Technical knowledge in telecom and service desk applications

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Experience leading IT Customer Support or Help Desk
  • Analytics skills for telecom and service desk applications
