Position: Accountant/Billing Analyst

Compensation: $40 – $45 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accountant/Billing Analyst to join their team!

Join a dynamic team as an Accountant/Billing Analyst where you’ll play a crucial role in financial operations. The company is seeking a dedicated individual to fill this role, with the potential opportunity for the right  candidate to transition to a permanent position. This is an exciting chance to contribute to impactful accounting projects, enhance your skills, and grow within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Own reconciliations and analyze AR, revenue, and cost entries
• Support accounting-related projects and ensure proper accounting treatment
• Review and improve Excel models tied to customer programs
• Assist with complex accounting issues
• Act as an accounting resource to the team

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Accounting degree required
• 1–2+ years of public accounting experience preferred
• Strong accounting fundamentals and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with SAP billing
• Background in Big 4 or smaller public firms
