Position: Maintenance Technician

Compensation: $24-31/hr 

Location: Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team!

Join a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment that operates 24/7 as a Maintenance Technician. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems within the plant. With the excitement of a startup atmosphere, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Certified Electrician highly preferred for 1st shift candidates 
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical systems
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
• Effective communication skills

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Perform scheduled maintenance on plant equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues
• Assist with the installation of new equipment
• Conduct regular inspections for preventive maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Suggest improvements for equipment reliability
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns
• Collaborate with production staff to resolve issues
