Position: Workday Financials Analyst

Compensation: $45 – 55 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Full Remote

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide expertise and support for Workday modules: HCM, Financials, SCM, Planning
• Assist stakeholders with configuration updates and troubleshooting
• Design and maintain Workday security roles and policies
• Lead security audits and ensure compliance standards
• Develop scalable integrations using Workday Studio and Web Services
• Monitor and optimize integration performance
• Develop custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of Workday experience across multiple modules
• 3+ years of hands-on Workday security administration experience
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Report Writer
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes
• Proven experience with Workday integrations and troubleshooting

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Workday certifications in Security, HCM, or Integrations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
