Position: Desktop Support Specialist

Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key player in a dynamic IT environment. You will deploy desktop applications, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, and provide technical assistance across all user levels. The role promises a variety of tasks, ensuring no two days are the same. This position has opened up to enhance the support structure as the company continues to grow and innovate.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Deploy desktop application software efficiently
• Provide technical assistance across all user levels
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents for desktop systems
• Support employee lifecycle processes
• Administer printer services and manage service calls
• Engage in IT-related projects to expand skills
• Conduct periodic inventories of IT resources
• Maintain regular attendance and established work schedule

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum four years of professional IT experience
• Extensive knowledge of Windows 10/11, Android, iOS
• Strong work ethic and task completion ability
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Additional relevant education or IT Certification
• Experience with Linux systems
• Knowledge of printer administration
