Position: Dispatcher

Compensation: $20 – $25 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Handle customer call-ins and dispatch appropriately
• Record and correct driver logs using Xata application
• Schedule drivers and trucks for meter provings
• Enter loads and dispatch data into the computer system
• Stay updated with lease severances and approvals
• Prepare morning reports and track daily operations
• Resolve customer disputes and coordinate lease instructions
• Promote safety in decisions and actions

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in English communication
• Strong customer relations skills
• Quantitative and analytical skills
• Basic math and keyboard proficiency
• Experience with office procedures and equipment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in dispatching or logistics
• Knowledge of oil and gas industry operations
